Join Leeann Pennington, Amelia Williams and I for this 3 hour mindfulness retreat. Leeann will discuss how stress lives in the body and how to reduce it through a mindfulness practice. Amelia will teach you how to meditate with a zen labyrinth board which makes establishing a daily meditation practice easy and fun. Finally, I will guide you through a Yin/Restorative practice. The morning will conclude with the practice of Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation.
